RULES AND REGULATIONS

ADMISSIONS

(a) The Management reserves the right of admission.

(b) (i) Before a child can be considered for admission, the registration form duly filled in and signed by the parents, must be deposited with the school. If none of the parents is alive or present, the lawful guardian of the child can sign the form.

(ii) A child who has not attained the age of 5 years is not admitted to class I. Admission to higher or lower classes is governed by this rule.

(c) (i) Pupils who have attended other recognized schools are not admitted until a Progress Report and a Transfer Certificate from the previous school is produced.(ii) Transfer Certificate must be counter signed by the Education Officer of the District concerned.

(iii) Municipal Birth Certificate of the child is to be submitted for admission.

(iv) Admission is finalized after a preliminary test and/or interaction and payment of the prescribed fee which, once paid is not refundable.

  • SCHOOL TIMINGS FOR STUDENTS
    • Junior Students:  8:00 a.m. to 1: 15 p.m.
    • Senior Students:  8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
    • Fee Counter Timings: 9:00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.
    • School gates close at 8:00 a.m.
    The school remains closed on last Saturdays and Sundays. However, the Principal reserves the right to open the school on any Saturday with prior notice.

    Latecomers will be permitted to attend the school only after getting permission from school authorities.

  • WlTHDRAWAL NORMS
    (a) Parents have to give one month’s notice in writing for the withdrawal of their ward from the school to enable the school to complete the requisite formalities in time. All the dues towards the school should be cleared before the withdrawal. 
  • Each child is under the care and guidance of our teachers and we attempt to see that no violence is done to him/her or by him/her.
