Independence day 2018
Independence and Freedom are things that are cherished by people all around the world. India like any other country celebrates its Independence with zeal and fervour. It has been declared as the National and Gazetted Holiday all across the India in order to independently commemorate the independence of country from British Empire on 15th of August in 1947.
Our school has organised a special assembly on 14th August 2018. The students delivered speeches in English and Hindi, sang patriotic song. They performed dances as well. Our teachers also took participation by delivering motivational speeches and songs. Later the National Anthem was done.

National sports day
The National Sports Day in India is celebrated on 29 August each year. This day commemorates the birthday of Dhyan Chand, the hockey player who won gold medals in Olympics for India in the years 1928, 1934 and 1936. He scored over 400 goals in his career, from 1926 to 1948.
With the spirit and enthusiasm for sports students played various sports and interhouse matches were held.
